Instead of talking more about us, here are some examples of bringing data to life...
Finding a novel ingredient to bring additional weight management claims to a product
A client's innovation team was struggling to vet over sixty ingredients for possible inclusion in a formulation update, causing the project to fall months behind schedule.
We helped a client analyze a number of potential ingredients they were considering that could add weight loss claims to their product.
We were able to take over sixty potential ingredients, and reduce it down to ten ingredients that could help bring meaningful additional weight management claims to their product.
This visualization made it very easy for the client to see how each ingredient touched on a number of key weight management claims, allowing them to reduce their analysis down to two potential ingredients for final formulation consideration.
Confirming a Beauty From Within Formula Was Truly Unique to Market
A client was launching a new line in the Beauty From Within space, and wanted to ensure that their formulation would absolutely be unique to market.
As part of their proposed formulation, they were considering including four ingredients that they thought would be unique in combination, but weren't positive.
We analyzed each of the four ingredients, showed their frequency of use in the Beauty space, as well as heatmapping how often they were currently combined with other ingredients.
We were able to not only show that the four ingredient combination was indeed unique, but additionally suggest what other ingredients to include for additional functional claims.
Helping an ingredient client bring their offerings to life for a potential customer
An ingredient client wanted a way to show potential customers how their ingredients could improve their product portfolios...and fast!
Before CPG Radar, the sales team relied on their internal innovation team to come up with formulation ideas for customers, which often took weeks to produce, causing constant back up and strain on both the sales and innovation team.
We were able to create ongoing Customer Intel Briefs that simply visualize how our client's ingredients can improve the claims of a potential customer's products.
The best part? Instead of taking weeks to produce, we now create Customer Intel Briefs on as little as two days notice before a customer presentation.
In this example, the potential client had a pretty generic amino acid product (claims in dark green). We were able to show (in light green) how our client's ingredient could add a significant number of additional claims to the amino acid product.
The final brief had four separate visualizations showing how our client's ingredients could vastly improve their customer's products.
Analyzing clinical science behind proposed branded ingredients for a formulation
A client was considering using a number of branded ingredients for their upcoming launch of a number of products. They wanted to feel confident that the clinical science behind each of the branded ingredients actually substantiated the claims they wanted to make for the product.
We were able to analyze and grade each of the clinical trials behind each branded ingredient, allowing our client to easily determine which ingredients were supported by rigorous clinical support, and ultimately make a "Go/No Go" decision for each ingredient.
